Developed by REZ Immobilier (a division of Réseau Sélection), the complex is located close to the Faubourg Boisbriand. This 14,680 m2 (158,000 ft2) reinforced concrete structure has 121 rental units distributed over seven floors and 154 indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The complex offers tenants services such as a gym and an indoor pool.

Technical challenges :

• Concrete underground parking that extends out of the building footprint. The structural slab forming the ceiling of the underground parking is designed to support the weight of fire trucks that can circulate on it.
• The structure of the access ramp to the underground parking is a structure independent of the main structure of the building to avoid any issues related to differential settlements since the foundations of the building rest on rock while the ramp structure sits upon controlled backfill.
