Discover the progress of the Carré Windsor – Tour 1 construction site, located near the Bell Centre. The 36-storey tower, which will also include commercial space on the first floor, is gradually transforming Montreal’s urban landscape.  

The concrete project, with its three basement levels, features an innovative design to meet the functional needs of the building and its environment.
