It’s with great pleasure that we announce the arrival of 3 colleagues who’ll expand and consolidate our ranks! Here’s a brief introduction to each of them:
ALICE
I’m a 3rd year construction engineering student at ÉTS. Originally from France, I’ve lived in Québec for 17 years.
Before my arrival at ELEMA, I had the opportunity to work in various fields of civil engineering such as environment with a specialization in water, mining sites and luxurious residential projects.
Here I am at ELEMA as a structural intern for the next 4 months. My time will be divided between my role as a structural intern and my role in sustainable strategy at LEMAY.
Passionate about travel, I tie my passion to my studies by developing an international cooperation project in Guinea.

MATHIEU
I’ve been involved in the construction industry directly and indirectly for more than 18 years now. I had the opportunity to see plans and observe the work of an engineer at a fairly young age, not understanding exactly what he was actually doing back then. 😉
The field of engineering attracted me for its problem solving, its dynamism and the fact that we apply our scientific skills while contributing to society. I got the “bug “of being a structural engineer during my mine shaft rehabilitation experience in Sudbury, Ontario. I had the possibility back then of working in collaboration with technicians and structural engineers and to understand what this engineering specialization entails.
I’m very proud to join ELEMA in the Québec City office and to be able to evolve with the team!!

VLADYSLAV
I started my career when I was in Ukraine where I studied at the Polytechnic University as an energy engineer. I always liked to draw and create something new. In Montreal, I studied at CiMME as a building designer and I’m now very happy to work at ELEMA where it’s possible for me to create and be part of a large and friendly team.
