This project of 285 affordable student housing units, located near the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Griffintown, is being carried out in partnership between UTILE, the Government of Quebec, and the City of Montreal.

Integrated into the former Sainte-Hélène presbytery dating back to 1923, the 19-storey building will include 175 studios, 61 one-bedroom units, 25 two-bedroom units, and 24 three-bedroom units. A noteworthy feature of the project is its 236 indoor bicycle parking spaces. A green roof will also be developed, and several common areas will allow residents to socialize and work on their school assignments.
