The Carré Windsor Tower 1 is a concrete project consisting of 36 above-ground floors and three basement levels. The building also includes retail spaces on the ground floor.

One of the major challenges of this project was a double-height basement area (approximately 5.5 meters) designed with spans of 12 meters between the columns to allow for truck circulation. This area also includes an annex room (inside the building). This modification required the addition of transfer beams at the ground floor level, which must also bear the weight of a future pavilion.
