Dating from last week, these photos show you the structure of the fourth and last six-storey tower (with mezzanines in the penthouses) of the prestigious L | L sur le Lac real estate complex by Groupe Quorum and Groupe Marsan.
Structurally speaking, the four towers are linked together by a two-storey underground parking lot. In addition, all the perimeter slabs of the towers are cantilevered in order to offer column-free views at the corners. Finally, specific challenges at the foundation level were addressed due to the presence of the Mille-Îles River.
