To welcome young patients and their family, the large glass canopy at the main entrance offers protection and a preview of this extraordinary state of the art facility. A large suspended steel structure supports secondary members positioned with precision to offer anchors points for the inverted spider system. Design for 8.0 kPa of snow load, the glass panels are made of 2 layers of 12 mm tempered glass laminated with a SentryGlass ionoplast interlayer.
