It is with great pleasure that ELEMA fully endorses Montréal’s bid to host the 18th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering (WCEE) in 2024.

With other leading engineering firms, universities and public entities, we officially support Sharlie Huffman, President of the Canadian Association for Earthquake Engineering and her team and wish to congratulate her on presenting our city’s candidature last September. Online voting from delegates around the world is presently ongoing and results will be announced by the end of this November.
