It is with great pleasure that our junior engineer (and a graduate of the technical program in architecture at the Cégep de Saint-Laurent) Gabriel Mathieu has presented on May 24 the first “ELEMA Prize” in the amount of $ 500 to Élisabeth Maisonneuve-Marien, highlighting the architectural approach as well as the integration of structural components in her graduation project. Former graduates, Corinne Revel and Jonathan Bazinet, were also present at this event organized by their Alma Mater.
We particularly appreciated the aesthetics of the ensemble in connection with the architectural concept of the project, its significant structural understanding at different scales (from the foundations to the details of miscellaneous metals) as well as its integration with other engineering systems in electro-mechanics.
Our firm has decided to make an official commitment to the promotion of the graduates of the program, because we have been able to benefit over the years (and still today) from the quality of its many students (past and present), as evidenced by the composition of our team:
