We are entering a new phase by continuing to push our residences to the next level. The complex’s ambiance, common spaces and activity programs will respond to the new demands of the market. We are investing over $105 million in this residence of nearly 400 seniors’ apartments that offers breathtaking views of Montreal, access to the REM, and a trove of innovative services,” said Mr. Frédéric Soucy.”
