Our associate-architect Martin Houle, talks with journalist Sylvie Lemieux on behalf of the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU) about the challenges faced by architects and architecture in general in this period of COVID- 19.

As he mentions at the end:

“To save the environment, we need to densify. To save ourselves from epidemics, we have to distance ourselves. And to stay human, you have to stay in touch. It is therefore a conundrum to be solved and crises, despite themselves, always bring innovation.”
