We are proud to announce our involvement in the UTILE Griffintown project, an ambitious non-profit student housing complex offering 285 units in the heart of Griffintown, Montréal.
Led by UTILE (Unité de travail pour l’implantation de logement étudiant), this project will provide housing for 350 students, creating a stimulating, affordable, and secure living environment by Summer 2027.
The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on April 10th, with the participation of:
- Laurent Levesque, CEO of UTILE
- France-Élaine Duranceau, Minister responsible for Housing
- Benoit Dorais, Mayor of the Sud-Ouest borough
- Luc Labelle, Administrator of the Fonds CLÉ
It is a pleasure to contribute to the realization of this meaningful project—especially in today’s challenging student housing context.
Congratulations to all the teams involved for this great collective achievement!
