Coordination and BIM
Our entire team of professionals is Building Information Modeling (B.I.M) oriented, enabling us to apply its numerous benefits as a process, not a mere 3D drafting tool.
Foreseeing that every aspect of the model is interrelated, ELEMA’s modelling methodology can go beyond rectifying coordination issues and producing quantity takeoffs. In fact, from a structure perspective, cost-analysis, optimization, value-engineering and site scheduling components are only some of the advantages that can be incorporated into our models.
Once the project’s construction phase is completed, our structural B.I.M. model provides our clients with a fully updated project in regards to site modifications and a long-term facilities management tool when combined with those from the architects and the mechanical-electrical engineers.
